Develop a “Growth” Mindset

Join the Discussion and Grow Your Success

Did you know that your belief about whether your intelligence can be developed can make the difference between success and failure?  Join us for a lively discussion of Professor Carol Dweck’s book Mindset, and learn the distinction between a “fixed” and a “growth” mindset.  Dweck has studied the effect of these different mindsets on motivation and learning, demonstrating that those with a belief in the “growth” mindset do better over time. Then, use your growth mindset in innovative ways to get better results in your practice.

What you will learn:

  • How to recognize a “fixed” or “growth” mindset (And what kind of mindset are you?)
  • That your brain can be developed like a muscle
  • What the benefits of a shift in mindset can bring you and your practice
  • How to foster a culture of growth where you work and live
  • How to use the “growth” mindset to achieve better results in negotiation
